Reusable Flannel Hand Warmers use flaxseed to keep those hands warm.  But this can also be placed in the freezer to use as a cold compress!  With added lavender buds and lavender essential oils, these release relaxing aromatics with calming herbs.
 
Hot and Cold Compress: 
-Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.  
-Heat in oven (in a glass dish) for 15 to 20 minutes at 200⁰ to 300⁰.
-Heat in a heat proof bowl for 15 to 20 minutes over a pot of simmering water. Cover and steam.
-Place in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours and use them as cold compress bags.
Once warm, the hand warmer can keep warm for 15 minutes.  Be careful not to overheat.
