When your sore, tired muscles are in need of some relaxation and care, this is the kit to get them there. Internally, the tea will help with pain relief and relaxing the muscles. Externally, the bath salts will help heal the muscles, especially in combination with the massage roller ball. When finished, spray the magnesium spray over those sore muscles, and once dry, finish with the Extra Sore Muscle Rub. These can all be used separately as needed, or in any combination.
Included in this anti inflammatory, stimulating, and warming sore muscle kit is:
- Extra Sore Muscle Rub: This 2 oz. rub helps soothe sore backs from everyday aches and pains, whiplash, strains and sprains, and trips and falls. The arnica oil heals those achy muscles while the cayenne pepper and essential oils chosen help stimulate your muscles and help heal them. But caution! This could stain because of the cayenne. This Extra Sore Muscle Rub is slightly different than our regular one in that it is more stimulating to get those muscles activated for healing.
- Deep Muscle Magnesium Spray: On its own, magnesium helps regulate cortisol levels and eases stress. Magnesium supports thyroid function, is calming which aids in sleep, helps to reduce inflammation, and supports balanced blood sugar. The magnesium we sourced is imported directly from Israel’s Dead Sea salt beds that people have visited for centuries for its relaxing properties! Spray it directly on the affected area and/or on the bottom of the feet at night.
Magnesium spray will help relax muscles, but combine that with oils that stimulate and warm sore muscles, you have a deep muscle relaxing spray for when your muscles need it most. Oils used are spearmint, clove, bergamot, copaiba, cypress, and cinnamon.
- Muscle Pain Relief Tea: Mixed with a combination of healing/relaxing herbs and pain relief herbs, this anti inflammatory tea blend helps relieve pain and relax muscles. Made with ginger, turmeric, white willow bark, peppermint, cayenne pepper, St John's wort, chamomile, and sage. Use one tablespoon of tea per cup. Steep for 15 minutes using hot (not boiling) water. Sweeten with raw honey for best results. Please see cautions before consuming.
- Healing Bath Salts: We know baths aren't for everyone, but the salts really do work hard to heal and ease those muscles. Even a 15 minute soak will allow the salts to penetrate the skin, soaking into the sore muscles, working to soften and relax. The herbs mixed in with the salts were chosen for relaxing, calming, and soothing.
-Massage Roller Ball: This is great for deep tissue massage. Reduce muscle fatigue and eliminate soreness while stimulating the deep tissue with massage. This is designed to reach sore shoulders, neck, upper back, arms, legs and relieve foot pain. This will improve blood circulation in the body by enhancing blood flow and improving body function. You can choose to use oils and/or massage or body lotions when using, or keep it in your freezer for use as a cold massage tool. Easy to clean with soap and water and easy to carry on-the-go.
